Simple Stir Fry

Ingredients
Assorted mixed vegetables
(I used baby sweetcorn, baby carrots, bok choy)
Half a garlic clove
1 tbsp light soy sauce
Sesame seed oil, to drizzle
Method
Chop your veg into chunks, then heat some oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic until browned. Add any hard veg first, like carrots or sweetcorn, then add the soft veg after a few minutes. Finish with a glug of soy sauce (use a tablespoon per portion if you’re unsure) and a drizzle of sesame seed oil.
Note
The key here is to make sure you don't overcook the vegetables - not only will they taste better crunchy, but if they're overcooked they'll go soggy in your bento.
